Dear all,

Welcome to my first ever post on my TWSP blog!.

My name is Tracy Williams and I have been passionate about photography since I was a child and my Dad gave me his old film camera.

Growing up I had a wide range of subjects as was the eldest of seven children! so my early photography was portrait based (all be it children that did not neccesarily want to be photographed!). These day my clients ask how I am so patient waiting to get the right shot and I guess I have had lots of practise!

                                                                 My Dad!                     Me!

I used to work in a completely different industry for a long time however always had a camera to hand as family and friends will tell you!

Once we had our first child I decided to study photography properly so I could get great images of him growing up and I undertook a City & Guilds part time course alongside the other job and raising our son.

Following the three years of study I worked as a photographer on a part time basis (Weddings & Studio) for eight years and in 2011 went full time following the birth of our youngest son.

I am very lucky in that my husband has always been very supportive of my photography and encourages me  - even if at times the house could do with some attention!

My particular passion is natural light location photography and photographing weddings!  My shooting style is always relaxed and I try to make it fun for my clients so they love their resulting images.

Please do check out my work and see for yourselves!  If you like it I hope to see you back here again as I will be posting some of my favourite shoots and images from last year and have some great ideas for specific shoots I will be undertaking in 2012!!

all the best
